WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Miss Wine Glass® will replace products that proves defective because of manufacturer defects, accidental drops, cracks or any damage caused between 1-14 days from delivery date.
WHAT WILL WE DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS?
We will reship your replacement glass to the address on file.
HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Miss Wine Glass® is from the date of delivery up to 14 days.
WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage that is caused:
- After the 14th day from the date of delivery
- This warranty applies strictly to the original purchaser of items ordered through www.misswineglass.com ONLY!
- No 3rd party authorized retailers will qualify for warranty.
- This warranty is void if the product is structurally altered and/or subjected to use beyond the physical limits of the materials.

To use warranty service, you must contact us at support@misswineglass.com with your name, order number, and picture of cracked/broken glass. We will respond to all email with 24-48 hours.
